The Partner's Lounge is where a brand builds a campaign, funds it, and reviews the work that comes back. This is the whole path from an empty form to a campaign live in front of the community.

You need a partner account

The lounge is open to partner accounts, to Lonida admins, and to anyone assigned as a manager on somebody else's campaign. If you already have an ordinary Lonida account, an administrator can convert it - you do not need to sign up twice.

What a campaign is, from your side

You describe a task, set what one completed task pays, and put money behind it. Members of the community do the task and send proof. You read each submission and approve, refuse, or ask for a change. Approving pays that member automatically from your funded balance.

You are buying completed actions at a fixed price, not impressions. Nothing is charged for a campaign being seen.

The builder

Building it

The builder is stepped, and each step saves as you move on - you can leave halfway and come back to a draft rather than starting again.

What each step asks for

  • BasicsRequired
Your company, the campaign title members will see, and what you want done. The title is what appears everywhere, so make it descriptive rather than a code name.
  • Reward and budgetRequired
What one approved task pays, and the total you are putting behind the campaign. The number of tasks you can buy follows from those two figures.
  • Who can take partOptional
Optional conditions - account age, verification, referrals, past campaign history, country or region. Leave them empty and the campaign is open to everybody.
  • The briefRequired
The instructions a member reads before doing the work. This is what their submission is judged against, so it is worth being exact.
  • Your questionsOptional
What you want back from them - a link, a screenshot, a short answer. Each becomes a field on their submission form and their answers appear in your review queue.
  • MediaOptional
A logo and a banner, chosen from your account gallery. They appear on the campaign card, its own page, and any email announcing it.
  • ScheduleOptional
When it opens and closes, or that it runs indefinitely. A future start date still lets members join and wait.
  • Campaign managersOptional
Other Lonida members you want able to edit the campaign and review its submissions. They get the lounge for your campaign only.

Ask for exactly what you need to judge it

A campaign asking only "did you do it?" is impossible to review honestly. Ask for the link to the post, or the screenshot - the thing that proves the work happened.

Funding and approval

A campaign cannot go live on credit. Once the setup is complete it waits on funding, and once funded it goes to Lonida for review. Approval is a person reading it, not an automatic step.

The states a campaign passes through

  • Incomplete - started in the builder and not finished. Nobody sees it.
  • Awaiting funding - finished, waiting for money behind it.
  • In review - funded, with Lonida checking it before it reaches the community.
  • Active - live in the Fans Lounge and accepting submissions.
  • Paused - not being shown and spending nothing. Work already submitted still needs answering.
  • Ended - finished. Its record and its submissions stay.

Editing a live campaign is limited

Once a campaign has reached the community you cannot change what it pays or what it asks for. People part-way through a task were promised something, and moving that after the fact is not fair to them. Pause it and speak to Lonida if something is genuinely wrong.

What you can see while it runs

The campaign page shows the money, the performance figures, and the records - all laid out on the page rather than behind buttons.

On the campaign page

  • Funded, spent, availableOptional
What you put in, what has been paid out, and what is left to spend.
  • PerformanceOptional
Views, people joined, submissions received, awaiting review, approved, and the total paid to members.
  • SubmissionsOptional
The review queue, with the answers each member gave to your questions.
  • Who joinedOptional
Everyone who registered interest, with their club, and how many submissions each has sent. The gap between joining and submitting is the one worth watching.
  • ActivityOptional
The full log - who joined, who submitted, what was approved, refused or paid, and exactly when.

Common questions

How is the reward shown to members?+
In LONIDA, converted from the currency you set your per-task figure in. Coin is what a member actually receives, so that is what they are shown.
What does Lonida charge?+
A platform fee is taken from each task reward, and the member is shown the net figure they will receive. Your campaign page shows both the gross and the fee.
Can I run more than one campaign?+
Yes. Each is funded and reviewed separately. You can also duplicate an existing campaign as a starting point, which copies everything except the results.
What happens to money I have not spent?+
It stays against the campaign. Ending a campaign does not consume the remaining balance - speak to Lonida about a campaign you have finished with.
Can somebody else run it for me?+
Yes. Add them as a campaign manager and they can edit the campaign and review submissions without any access to the rest of your account.
Will it be announced?+
If you tick "post this campaign to the community" while building it, a post is created when the campaign is approved. Lonida may also include it in a campaign email to members.
