Everything a member sends arrives in one queue on your campaign page. Approving pays them immediately from your funded balance, so this is the screen where your money actually leaves - it is worth understanding before the first submission lands.
What you see on each submission
Every row carries
- Who sent itOptionalTheir name and their club, both linked. A name alone does not identify anybody - the badge is what tells two members apart.
- Their answersOptionalWhat they typed into each question you asked, labelled with your own question rather than a field name. Links are clickable so you can open the proof directly.
- Anything they wroteOptionalA free note, if your campaign allows one.
- MediaOptionalScreenshots or images they attached.
- WhenOptionalHow long ago it arrived, with the exact time beside it.
The three answers
Approve
The work meets the brief. The reward is paid into their wallet immediately and they are emailed. You can attach a rating out of five, which contributes to that member's approval record across the platform.
Needs a change
Nearly right. Leave a note saying exactly what to fix - the note is required, because "needs a change" with no explanation helps nobody. The reward stays available and they can send it again.
Not approved
The work does not meet the brief and will not with a small fix. Leave a reason. Nothing is paid and, on a one-off campaign, that member is finished with it.
Reach for "needs a change" more than you expect
It exists so you never have to choose between paying for something that is not what you asked for, and refusing somebody who did most of the work. Most near-misses are one sentence away from being exactly right.
Working the queue
How to keep it moving
- The queue opens on Awaiting - the only tab where somebody is waiting on you.
- Answers are shown in the order your form asked for them, so every submission reads the same way.
- Open the proof link rather than trusting the description. It opens in a new tab and keeps your place in the queue.
- A refusal without a reason will be argued with. One sentence prevents most of it.
Approving spends real coin
There is no undo. The reward moves to the member as you approve, and cannot be recalled. Read the proof first.
If you set a review deadline
A campaign can set a number of days after which anything you have not looked at is approved and paid automatically at three out of five. It protects the people doing the work from an unanswered queue. Leave it empty and submissions wait for you however long that takes.
