Browse Market is the open listing board. Any club can list a player, and any other club can bid on them or buy them outright. Unlike the Transfers tab, nothing here requires the selling manager to agree first.

Methods

The two ways to buy

Bidding versus buy-now

  • BidOptional
You offer an amount. Each new bid must beat the current highest bid — matching it is refused. Other clubs can outbid you afterwards.
  • Buy nowOptional
You pay the listed price and take the player immediately. No waiting, no competition, no risk of being outbid.

When to use buy-now

Bidding is cheaper if nobody else wants the player, and expensive in time if they do. If a player is genuinely central to your plans and the buy-now price is defensible, paying it removes the risk of losing them to somebody with a bigger wallet at the last moment.

Rules

What is checked before a purchase

Every market purchase must pass these

  • You must have a club.
  • The player must still be listed — listings can be taken by someone else first.
  • You cannot buy or bid on a player you already own.
  • You must have generated a wallet address.
  • For a buy-now, your balance must cover the price.
  • For a bid, the amount must exceed the current top bid.

Only certain roles can spend

Buying and bidding move money out of the club wallet, so they are restricted to the club owner, an Admin or a Finance member. Coach and Community Manager can browse but not purchase.

Value

Judging a price

A rating tells you very little on its own. Before committing, open the player and read the attribute groups that matter for the role you are filling — a high-rated player whose strengths are in the wrong categories is an expensive way to not solve your problem.

Sanity checks before you buy

  • Does the attribute breakdown match the role, not just the rating?
  • How does the price compare with similar age and rating elsewhere on the market?
  • Would a loan get you the same benefit for far less?
  • Does buying now leave you enough in the wallet for the fifty-percent rule on any transfer request you were planning?
FAQ

Common questions

My bid was rejected even though it was generous.+
Bids must strictly exceed the current highest bid. Equalling the top bid is refused, so raise it rather than matching.
The player disappeared while I was deciding.+
Somebody used buy-now. A listing is live until it is taken, and buy-now is instant.
Why can I browse but not buy?+
Either you have no wallet address generated, your balance does not cover it, or your team role does not permit spending.
Is there a fee on transactions?+
The platform applies a fee percentage to market activity. It is applied by the platform rather than something you set.
